Staying at a Waikiki hotel, condo or vacation rental? Skip the hotel's per-piece laundry list and the coin laundromat. We pick up from your hotel, wash & fold by the pound, and bring it back.
$45 per bag (up to about 13 lb) · $3.50/lb above that · pickup & delivery included
How hotel pickup works
- Text us your name, hotel and room number, and pick a window: Morning (8:00–10:30 AM), Midday (11:30 AM–1:30 PM) or 🦉 Night Owl (9:00–11:00 PM).
- Leave your bag with the front desk or bell desk under your name and room number, or hand it to us.
- We weigh it and text you the final price. Pay by card link, or cash for 5% off.
- We return it clean and folded to the same desk, next day (or same-day / express).
🛎️ Front-desk drop-off for hotel guests
- Book and choose Leave it at my hotel front desk.
- Label your bag 'For Waikiki Express Laundry' with your name and room number, and leave it at the front desk.
- We pick it up in your window and return it clean and folded to the front desk for you.
Check that your front desk will hold bags for an outside service.

Tell us your checkout time. Same-day (+$1.00/lb, pickup by 10:30 AM, back by 8 PM) and Express 4–6 hours (+$2.00/lb, $25 minimum surcharge) are available. Tell us your checkout time when you book and we'll tell you what's possible.
